Dedication - Intent to DedicateA public road over unenclosed prairie lands cannot be established by mere use. The owner must have the intent to dedicate the road to public use. Here, the owner helped to stake out the road and allowed continual public use. Such action amounted to dedication. Rathmann v. Nohrenberg, 21 Neb. 467, 32 N.W. 305 (1887).
