Dedication - Common Law DistinctionAt common law, dedication of a street or alley passed to a municipality merely an easement and the dedicator still continued to own the fee, subject to the easement. Belgum v. City of Kimball, 163 Neb. 774, 81 N.W.2d 205 (1957).
