Conveyance - Survey Included in DocumentPlaintiff sold land to the defendant without surveying it. Defendant had the land surveyed and the survey was used in the document of conveyance. Plaintiff could not prove that he had actually indended to convey less property than that in the survey. McGinty v. McGinty, 195 Neb. 281, 237 N.W.2d 855 (1976).
