Conveyance - Reference to Second DocumentWhere map, plat, plan or survey of premises conveyed is adequately referred to in a deed, it is usually considered a part of the deed and construed in connection therewith, and courses, distances, or other particulars which appear on such map, plat, plan, or survey are, as a general rule to be considered as a true or part of the true, description of land conveyed. Hoke v. Welsh, 162 Neb. 831, 77 N.W.2d 659 (1956).
