ARTICLE VI
Amendments

This Constitution may be amended from time to time. Any proposed Amendment shall be submitted in writing to the Official Board and if they shall approve such Amendment, they shall instruct the Secretary to prepare and mail a copy of such to each member and instruct him to indicate his rejection or approval of such Amendment and return same to the Secretary within thirty (30) days of the date of mailing. The adoption of said Amendment shall require an affirmative vote of two-thirds of such votes cast. The Secretary shall notify each member accordingly. |
