| SECTION 1. | The official seal of the association constitutes the association's trademark, and shall not be used by anyone without the explicit written permission of the Board of Directors of the Professional Surveyors Association of Nebraska. The Board of Directors shall attempt to federally register the mark as a collective membership mark, and shall maintain any such registration. |
