Adverse Possession - AccretionOne who owns an island is not required to take possession of the accretion land in order to establish his claim thereto as a matter of right unless someone actually has established the right thereto by adverse possession. Burket v. Krimlofski, 167 Neb. 45, 91 N.W.2d 57 (1958).
